I would recommend Kara to anyone looking to buy or sell. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she guided us through every step of the process while always making us feel heard and supported. She truly pays attention to the details and follows through on everything she says she’ll do, which is rare to find. We felt confident and taken care of the entire time. I can’t recommend Kara enough!

Kara was excellent from start to finish!! Professional yet personable. We purchased a home with her and then sold a home with her. Kara made buying a home even in today's real estate market as painless as possible, and her kindness and professionalism paid off for us. When the original buyer of the home we originally wanted fell through, the sellers chose Kara and our offer solely because Kara was a better realtor who had treated them with more respect and kindness than the multiple other realtors who made a similar offer as we did. She answered my many questions in great detail, answered me during all hours of the day, and most importantly, was honest. All this was also done at the beginning of a pandemic no less.

After renting for two years, my daughter was looking to buy her first home and Kara with her expertise made it happen. We looked at 30 or so homes and bid on several without success. Kara sold my house in Lancaster for more than we originally asked, and did so with urgency and efficiency! Kara’s people skills are 2nd to none, and I’m not sure that I know anyone that doesn’t like her! She has a keen understanding of the marketplace and is exceptionally well connected in the community!
